Trip Details
CUSCO – 7 LAGOONS – PACCHANTA HOT SPRINGS – CUSCO
- 04:00 AM: Early pick-up from your hotel in private transportation.
- Travel: 3-hour drive to the community of Pacchanta (4,200 meters / 13,779 feet).
- Breakfast: Prepared by your personal trekking chef in Pacchanta.
- Hike: Begin your 5-hour trek around the Ausangate Mountain (6,384 meters / 20,944 feet).
- Views: Snow-capped peaks, mountain passes, valleys, local flora, and fauna (condors, vicuñas, llamas, alpacas).
- 7 Lagoons: Explore Azulcocha, Otorongo, Pucacocha, Alqacocha, Q’omercocha, and others with their distinct colors.
- Return: Descend back to the trailhead.
- Hot Springs: Optional dip in the Pacchanta hot springs.
- Lunch: Enjoy a well-deserved hot lunch prepared by your chef.
