Bring 10 or more paying participants and receive a full complimentary trip – including your hotels, activities, and some meals. - We Handle the Logistics
You’ll collaborate with us to create a customized itinerary. We’ll take care of all local arrangements so you can focus on leading or enjoying the group. - Travel & Enjoy
You’ll serve as the group’s main point of contact before and during the trip – we’ll handle the rest behind the scenes to ensure a seamless experience.

Note: These benefits apply to standard itineraries and do not include flights or high-cost experiences or regions such as the Amazon rainforest, where additional costs may apply.

What We Expect From You
Our partners serve as group coordinators and leaders — whether you’re hosting a retreat or simply organizing a fun and meaningful trip for friends, family, or your community.
Before the Trip
You’ll help prepare your group for the experience by:
- Sharing trip details and setting expectations with your group
- Organizing group calls or meetings to answer questions and ensure everyone feels ready
- Collecting participant documents (e.g., passport copies and flight itineraries)
- Helping us coordinate logistics, special needs, or personal preferences
Payment Options:
We offer two flexible ways to handle payments:
- If you’re offering services (like yoga, coaching, etc.):
You’ll collect payment from your participants and pay Perú Increíble the agreed base rate. You keep your added fee for your offerings. - If you’re not charging extra:
Each participant can pay Perú Increíble directly — no need for you to manage the money.
We’ll work together to choose the best option for your group.
During the Trip
You’ll act as your group’s point person on the ground, helping everything run smoothly by:
- Communicating daily schedules and activity details
- Keeping your group informed and supported throughout the journey
- Serving as the bridge between your group and the Perú Increíble team
- Helping address any questions or concerns that come up
Don’t worry — we’ll be right there behind the scenes, making sure everything flows seamlessly so you can enjoy the journey alongside your group.
